  • To join IMMA, you need to have completed an accredited course in mindfulness, meditation, nature connection, or forest bathing. Once you've met this requirement, you can apply for membership on our website. Membership grants you access to our resources, community, and opportunities to be listed on our site as a recognized practitioner. Learn more about eligibility on our membership page.

  • Read the Course Approval page for the full criteria, then apply using the form linked there. You will need to hold IMMA membership before applying. Please reach out with any questions.
